She has lived in Kingwood, with her partner Phil, for 12 years but they divide their time between here and France.

She loves tending her garden and is also a very keen skier and walker.  Rita is a volunteer driver for FISH and also enjoys using her old skills to produce Peppard News after she was persuaded by the late Lord Silsoe to join the new team in 2005.
