Penny was born in London then moved to Peppard via Henley in 1964. She has been involved with Peppard News since the Team’s inception in 2005.  With Jennifer, Penny sends out all the requests (and reminders) for contributions and co-ordinates them when they are received for inclusion in Peppard News. She is also involved with the FISH Volunteer Centre, is the Peppard Poppy Appeal Organiser for the Royal British Legion and is also the Booking Agent for Sonning Common Village Hall.

Penny worked (secretarial and accounts) for Brooke Bond when at Blounts Court and then for a local business for many years. Her hobbies mainly involve crafts and she also enjoys spending time in her garden and working/playing on her computer.
